JIKOSHA IMPACT PULVERISER is a high speed swing hammer type screenless grinding mill, ideally suited for coarse to fine grinding of different material of various mesh size. Principle of operation:
JIKOSHA IMPACT PULVERISER consists of an encased rotor carrying swing hammers & whizzer classifier for fineness regulation. Raw material to be pulverized enters the grinding chamber through the hopper & automatic rotary feeder. The impact of the hammer against the liner plate reduces the feed material into fine powder. The ground material is carried towards the whizzer classifier, which rejects the oversized particles & returns the same to the crushing chamber for further grinding. The classified material is then conveyed into the cyclone for collection & bagging. A dust collector is incorporated in the system to prevent loss of ground material & to ensure dust – free operation.
Brief Description:
TYPE: Air Swept Impact Mill with Whizzer Classifier operation in closed circuit. BODY: Solid cast iron, machined & aligned divided into two halves at the centre horizontal line, so that the top could be easily taken apart for cleaning & maintenance purpose. Special pocket is also provided for collection of foreign objects like bolts, nuts, metals pieces etc. which may get mixed with the material to be pulverized thus minimizing damage to the grinding chamber & wear & tear of the hammers.
Feeder: Automatic rotary feeder, driven from the main shaft by means of a worm reduction unit also provided with feed control mechanism.
Crushing: Lined with replaceable solid cast iron serrated plates.
Chamber
Rotor: Machined mild steel thick plates are mounted on the main shaft.
Shaft: Solid alloy steel shaft.
Classifier: Mild steel adjustable whizzer classifier to control the fineness of ground powder. (Fineness depends on the type of material to be pulverised).
Bearings: Double row self aligning ball bearing in cast iron housing with suitable grease cups for lubrication.
Hammer: Forged alloy steel, hard faced & balanced.
Blower: Paddle type with replaceable blades.
Cyclone: Fabricated from mild steel sheets.
Dust: Top & bottom halves of mild steel to be inter connected with dust bags.
Collector
Piping: All interconnecting mild steel pipings are supplied with loose flanges to facilitate easy erection.
