Centrifugal Sieving Machine

JIKOSHA’S CENTRIFUGAL SIEVING MACHINE is a centrifugal flour – dressing machine. It is an ideal machine for grading, blending, mixing, sieving & separating unwanted particles. This machine is specially recommended for cases where damp & stick material has to thoroughly dressed & also for fine grading of materials which are difficult to treat.

Construction:

Our centrifugal sieving machine consists of a C.I. drum plate making a polygonal reel on which required mesh screen is attached. Solid main shaft is provided on which C.I. spiders are fitted with fan – pans (blades). The high speed of the blades ensures even distribution of the material over the whole area of the drum sieve thereby increasing the efficiency of dressing. The main shaft is also provided with conveyors at both the ends for feeding the material at the inlet & discharging the coarse material at the outlet. A slope portion is provided at the bottom discharge part with conveyor throughout the length for collecting the screened fine material. Complete unit is mounted on a sturdy M.S. structure.

Method of operation:

This is a rotary type uniform screening machine. The material enters the drum through a feed screw. This material is thrown by the blades against the screen & it moves forward in a spiral path. The machine is fitted with required mesh screen in various types of materials as per requirement for uniform screening. The fine material passes through the sieve (screen) by centrifugal force created by the high speed blades. The unique design of the blades also helps to loosen the stock. The coarse material gets separated & is collected at the other end. A nylon brush is also provided to continuously clean the screen to avoid choking.
