Conical Blender
JIKOSHA’S DOUBLE CONE BLENDER is an efficient and versatile machine for mixing of free flowing solids in dry powder or granular form.
The carefully chosen cone angles achieves rapid mixing in a very short time by inter mixing large group of particles. The constant rolling motion imparted to the particles ensures a minimum of ‘twice blending’ for every rotation of the ‘double conical shell’.
The double cone design eliminates dead spots & enables uniform mixing. Entire body of the mixer rotates and does not allow a single particle of the mass to stay at one place. The mass continuously tumbles and mixes.
The conical shape at both ends enables uniform mixing and easy discharge.
